Türkiye İş Bank’s Technology and Operations Center Receives Customer Training

The authorized representatives of Technology and Operations Center of Türkiye İş Bank, the contracted maintenance customer of Alarko Carrier, were provided with technical customer enduser trainings for the water cooling groups on 23 August 2021. 

As regards 10 30 XA 1212, 3 30 XA 752 and 3 30 XA 1502 model water cooling groups, the participants were given theoretical and hands-on device practical training on the operation, maintenance of devices, use of display screen, simple troubleshooting methods and key cooling issues. The training given by Tolga Aydınlı, Alarko Carrier Commercial Products Service Vice Manager, was attended by 20 engineers and technicians working for İŞMER.
