Our Working Policies

Our Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Policy is based on Alarko and Carrier’s Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety traditions and ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Standards and relevant international agreements. To ensure that the workplace is free of hazards and that products and services are safe, and that employees are protected against accidents and risks by providing safe and healthy working conditions with the consultation and participation of employee representatives and employees; To ensure continuous improvement of our occupational health and safety performance by identifying and controlling hazards that may arise in the work environment; To prevent occupational diseases arising from working with screen equipment, non-ergonomic work, and similar work; To ensure the prevention of pollution by adopting the principle of reducing the effects of climate change and the commitment to protecting the natural environment in all our activities, and to eliminate waste by controlling the use of natural resources, increase efficiency, and ensure the reduction of their use; To ensure continuous improvement in recorded performance, and to meet the requirements of Turkish Labor Legislation and the laws related to Environment and Occupational Health and Safety.

Our Quality Policies

Our primary goal is to offer the goods and services the customers need, in line with the characteristics and requirements of our target markets, at a cost not exceeding those of competing products. While doing so, we pay attention to generating the financial resources required for continued development and growth of ACST, and the introduction of new technologies. Our company policy is all about Focusing on the customers; Sensitivity towards the expectations of our shareholders, employees, and the society; Compliance with environment, health and occupational safety requirements, regulatory obligations, and international standards; Eliminating invisible costs and waste all the while aiming for continuous development; Facilitating continuous development of our quality management system and the widespread adoption of the risk-based perspective within the company, by improving the process performance targets we have set with reference to the goals and operating environment of our company, to support our strategies; Assessing our compliance with quality targets and our customers’ level of satisfaction with our products; and Carrying out required corrective measures, with a view to achieving compliance with the standards and legal requirements applicable to our products in target markets.

Our Information Security Policies

Alarko Carrier's main objective is to bring in and share with its stakeholders sustainable profits by minimizing the risks as much as possible, in compliance with applicable regulations, while continuing its production, import, sales and after-sales services operations in the air conditioning sector. Any information generated, obtained, produced, used and stored as part of the operations towards this objective are among the most precious assets of the company. It is an essential business requirement to provide due protection of the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of such information. Given this important requirement, an Information Security Management System is established with the purpose of protecting the company, its operations and employees, finding vulnerabilities and solutions, minimizing risks, supporting decision-making mechanisms, ensuring continuity by surpassing the stakeholders' expectations about information security, contributing to improving information security of both natural and legal persons we work with as part of our operations, and making use of relevant legal opportunities to facilitate the operations. In this context, information security policies, procedures, practices and management instructions that employees and third parties are required to comply with are published through the electronic document management system. Our policy requires us to comply with the applicable requirements regarding information security, to ensure compliance with the obligations identified, including taking necessary legal steps within the framework of the Labor Law and other applicable laws, and to carry out required activities and investments for the continuous improvement of the information security management system.
