Anka Mall Ankara, CarrefourSa Maltepe Park Istanbul, Espark Eskişehir, Metro-City Istanbul, Migros Center Antalya, Migros Center Beylikdüzü Istanbul, Town Center Istanbul which are among the shopping centers in Turkey are managed by ECE firm. The Marmara Park Shopping Center which is being built in the former place of Tatilya is built by ECE firm as well. 97 shopping centers in the world in total are managed by ECE firm.
ECE Ozas is being built in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. The Project consists of 62.000 m² of shopping and resting area in three storeys in total. There are 180 shops, a hypermarket, an electronics shop, cinemas, an entertainment center, a health and sports center, resting and food areas and a closed car park with the capacity of 2200 vehicles within the scope of the Project. Facility is expected to host 10 million guests each year. The Project is going to be completed in 2009.
In the Project, the contractor is Kayı Ltd.; the mechanical contractor is Termko Ltd. companies. Kayı is an international group of companies which was established in 1991 for the construction of industrial buildings. Today, it operates in three continents in more than 25 region in the fields of residential complexes, shopping complexes, office building, hotels, educational, industrial buildings, energy and other infrastructure projects. The international activities of the group which started in 1994 in Azerbaijan continued in Turkmenistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Lithuania, United Arab Emirates and Bulgaria.
Termko Cooling Industry Co. Inc. was founded as a collective company in 1975 in order to provide service in the field of engineering Project and undertaking. It founded its production group in a short time, and started to build turn-key facilities with its Project, engineering, production and undertaking groups in the sector of heating, ventilating, cooling, air conditioning.
64 38HQ air conditioner santrals, 44 38RA cooling (condensation) units, 1 30XA cooling group and 204 Trox TVR/TVJ VAV boxes were provided by Alarko Carrier within the scope of the ECE Ozas Project.
19 of the santrals provided were produced in a way to possess completely work-oriented features in line with the requests of ECE with the logic of install and run. Circulation pump system, electrical and building otomation system, cooling system copper piping were mounted in the santral in the factory. The santrals were installed, tested in the factory and then demounted and shipped. One of the santrals installed was tested in the Alarko Carrier Gebze Factory with the participation of an authority from ECE. The ECE authority who has been used and experienced various trademarks for years stated that the abovementioned santral is the most finically prepared air conditioner santral he has ever seen. Fans which are directly connected to the engine were used in all of the santrals. An engine carrying equipment which will enable fan engines to be taken out of the santral easily was mounted. Wheel type heat recovery systems were used in most of the santrals.
Alarko Carrier is gonig to reassemble, mount and operate the santrals in place.
